The outside area - the cushions had been left out which made them wet and un usable - also the cushion where filthy , the location is opposite a pub which is really loud the sea gulls ( which can’t be helped ) where really bad from 3 am none of us sleep well

Great location
The upstairs shower ran cold. No hot water. Reported via app but no response received. Also the upstairs bedroom door didn’t close. There was also e cig cartridges and sweet rappers on the sofa.
