Excellent communication from the owner. Property was very clean, comfortable, nice bed linens and good air conditioning. Local neighbourhood area with some very good bars and restaurants, and buses into Florence / to the train station.

Apartamento ubicado en un barrio tranquilo y a 15-20 minutos del centro de Florencia, siguiendo la misma calle del apartamento hasta el final. Con parkings por la zona para dejar el coche y supermercado a menos de 2 minutos andando. El apartamento cuenta con todo lo necesario para pasar unos días en Florencia, muy bien aprovechado el espacio, con camas muy cómodas buen WiFi y televisiones y aire acondicionado en todas las estancias. La comunicación con Letizia fue estupenda, dándonos todas las indicaciones para acceder al apartamento y conocer la ciudad y el barrio. Accesible en todo momento. Lugar para repetir.

Had such a fantastic stay at Letizia’s apartment. Really roomy, clean and comfortable and excellent air con which kept us cool during the amber heat warnings. Super helpful host with lots of advice on public transport and where to eat, really fast and friendly in responding to messages. Couldn’t have asked for more!

The kitchen is well equipped, the bed is comfy, spaciousness of the flat, conveniently located next to a large supermarket and several bus stops. The host was particularly caring and helpful.
