The house location is on top of a small hill, just few minutes by foot from Nivelles town center. And a huge shopping mall is even closer in the opposite direction.
The room at Séverine was cozy and simple. The warm and quiet room was on second floor. I was the only quest so there was no inconvenience from other quests. It was like a bed and breakfast, except I had my breakfast at the nearby hotel. Conveniently, next to the room there was a bathroom with a bath tub and toilet.
Since the room is at Séverine's and her cat's home, there are some understandable rules, for instance you are expected to take off your shoes and use provided slippers. No problem.
The hostess herself is very easy to talk with. She's open, interesting and warm personality, and she made me feel welcome.
If I'm returning Nivelles in future years, I'll do my best to book a room from Chambre dans habitat partagé chez Séverine.
My only regret is that due to my tight schedule I didn't have more time to get to learn better the lovely place and it's inhabitants.

Elle est à proximité d'un magnifique parc et à 15 min du centre de Nivelles
Il faut apprécier la proximité avec les propriétaires qui sont très gentils mais on partage les sanitaires et la cuisine . Le
wifi est disponible mais il faut prendre son ordinateur car pas de TV

Relation facile. Séverine est très disponible. L'endroit est calme. Lit confortable et salle de bains très propre.

L'agenda de Mme Séverine est très chargé et n'offre pas beaucoup de fenêtres de possibilités pour l'arrivée.
Étant à vélo et ayant une journée de 80 km avec vents, pluie et détours imprévus, il m'était difficile de dire exactement mon heure d'arrivée et l'hôtesse n'offrait pas vraiment différentes possibilités d'heures d'arrivée. Même que celles offertes ont changé au cours de la journée.
Bref, ce n'est pas un gîte pour les cyclotouristes en voyage...
$$$$
