    No words to describe. From being greeted at the airport, to the moment we entered the reserve, until the very end, it was an absolute pleasure to stay at The Reserve. We had a corner pool suite with district views of Funchal and expansive ocean views. The room was stunning. We were lucky enough to have a personal assistant through the whole trip who was lovely and attended absolutely every need we desired… including a private dinner on our own terrace accompanied by a live saxophone player. The processes were all seamless, the establishment is classy, the food is amazing, and not to mention we were kindly offered a generous late check out of 545pm. An unforgettable experience and one that will ensure that we will be back here, hopefully sooner than later.
