Everything was fine until I got myself into a bit of trouble through my own fault — and that’s when the accommodation turned out to not to be very willing to help. I had been satisfied up to that point, but when I later needed to stay one extra night, I was met with a surprising lack of willingness to assist. They briefly told me to “contact Booking,” which I did. When I couldn’t extend the stay through Booking, I contacted the property again, only to receive the exact same reply.
I followed their instructions, but Booking’s customer service can take up to 24 hours to respond, and I couldn’t risk not having a place to stay. I ended up finding another accommodation, which was excellent — and it honestly made me regret not booking it for my entire stay from the beginning.
