Good location but overall - OK

Well positioned for our trip to Preston. Clean and adequately equipped

All the smoke detectors had covers over them so wouldn’t have operated if required. The mattresses weren’t the most comfortable Also, when booking I thought that a breakfast basket was included - I may have been mistaken but there wasn’t one provided

Not worth for money I spent.

Staff is nice. Location and Car parking is good.

1. The Shower is so dis-comfortable as there is no hand shower only have the fixed head shower. 2. No Hairdryer in the property. 3. What we have booked is inclusive Breakfast. In General we go to their restaurant and eat hot food. But we need to cook ourselves and the ration given for us is very very small for 2 days Breakfast. Example we are 4 people, given for us was a) 6 eggs, b) 3 flavored yogurts(Not consumed) c) White bread which was already opened and no expiry date information kept in freezer d) Few butter packs 5 grams may be around 8 pieces or so. e) 1L juice, not good taste f) frozen veg food pack (not consumed) g) 4 Oats cereal pots (3 consumed) h) 1 pint of Milk. i) 2 croissants, 2 Pain au chocolate and few snack biscuits. Few items we cannot consume due to health reasons left as is. 4. There were plenty of Toilet roles, but no the Kitchen Roles.

Excellent value for money

Easy check-in. Parking bay right outside the door. Spacious lounge and bedrooms. Comfortable beds. Bacon, eggs, milk, and yoghurts in the fridge. Brioche, croissants, fresh fruit, and porridge pots, too. Airfryer, washing machine, and coffee maker. Modern decor. The annexe is like a cute little cottage, a home from home.

A fan in the bedrooms would be good for the warm weather.

Welcoming, spacious and lovely accommodation.

Such a warm and friendly welcome. A glorious breakfast basket was provided and super spacious!

Skylights in both bedrooms didn’t have blinds that we could see, so it was an early wake up with mr sunshine!
