Easy check-in. Parking bay right outside the door. Spacious lounge and bedrooms. Comfortable beds. Bacon, eggs, milk, and yoghurts in the fridge. Brioche, croissants, fresh fruit, and porridge pots, too. Airfryer, washing machine, and coffee maker. Modern decor. The annexe is like a cute little cottage, a home from home.
A fan in the bedrooms would be good for the warm weather.

Well positioned for our trip to Preston. Clean and adequately equipped
All the smoke detectors had covers over them so wouldn’t have operated if required. The mattresses weren’t the most comfortable Also, when booking I thought that a breakfast basket was included - I may have been mistaken but there wasn’t one provided
