The location, decoration, comfort, and the furniture. One feels like at home. Has all the desired facilities.
The service. No change of sheets if you stay more than a week and no response from staff if you have some question or request. Also the keys pick up is about 5-10 minutes walk from the property

Only ac in living room. Fan in main bedroom but not in small bedroom. It took awhile for the condo to cool down

Would not recommend with young children, no cot or high chair available. Need to collect key from a different collection point made check in and out more tedious
