Sehr freundlicher Gastgeber, gute Kommunikation. Die Wohnung ist hervorragend ausgestattet, inklusive Küchenutensilien und Verbrauchsmaterial, vielen nicht selbstverständlichen und nützlichen Dingen (z. B. Wäscheständer, Geschirrabtropfschale). Sehr schöne Aussicht vom Balkon.
Das Gebäude kann etwas einschüchternd wirken, die Wohnung ist dann aber wieder gemütlich. Fenster Richtung Hauptverkehrsstraße → Verkehr ist auch nachts zu hören. Kleinigkeiten, die man gerne in Kauf nimmt!

viel Stauraum, Haken etc in der Unterkunft
sehr hellhörig, Nachbar Appartement mit schreiendem Kind - ist quasi wie in der eigenen Unterkunft, benachbarte Bundesstrasse sehr laut
