Great hosts and amazing value for money

I really liked the hosts. They were very friendly. They received us with open arms, and took great care of us. The view isn't too shabby either! The rooms had all the necessary appliances for a comfortable stay and the rooms were warm. The location, a bit outside Maria Alm also had its benefits. Sure we had to drive to the town to go skiing, but the silence at night and in the morning was unbeatable. The price also is very decent for what you get.

I missed a washing machine. The hosts offered us that we can use theirs, but it would have been a cherry on the cake to have one to ourselves. Besides that nothing really wasnt to our liking.

Cleanliness, facilities, beautiful view from balcony, near by walking roots and the host family.

No complaints other than wifi. Not accessible away from the doorways, example balcony or dining table. But this not at all a problem:)

Father and son ski trip

The house is located in a very nice and quiet village, about 15-20 minutes drive from saalbach and zell am see ski resorts. The house is fully equipped with all the necessities. And the owner is super nice.

Everything was perfect: rooms, appliances, surroundings and all. The host is very friendly and speaks English fluently. Old house with a real "spirit". We chose this area particularly because it is located among several major ski resorts: Maria Alm where beautiful Konigstour starts, gigantic Saalbach/Hintergemm/Leogang/Fieberbrunn area, where you can ski for days never repeating a route, and Kaprun with its sunny glacier and extensive ski-route network - everything within 10 - 40 mins driving.

Nice small quiet village. Very big comfortable rooms , modern, new, with own toilet and bath. Kitchen is also great. The owners are very kindly people. Great place in great location. Very pleasured with our holiday.

Jederzeit wieder

Preis/Leistung fast unschlagbar, sehr ruhige Gegend und im Haus selbst auch die totale Ruhe, mit dem Auto zum Parkplatz Maria Alm (Lift) lediglich 5 Minuten, das Appartement für 2 Personen ausreichend groß und sehr gut eingerichtet, großer Schrank im Schlafzimmer und unzählige Ablagefächer im Wohnzimmerbereich, in der Küche gibt es alles was man braucht, das Bad und die Dusche zweckmäßig eingerichtet und groß genug, Sauberkeit 1A!! Wir sind sicher, dass wir wieder kommen um einen entspannten Kurzurlaub zu verbringen :-)

Das Ablageregal in der Dusche würde ich woanders anbringen, bin da zwei, drei Mal angekommen, wird sicher mal irrtümlich herunter gerissen, für eine Negativpunkt natürlich nicht relevant

Znakomita baza wypadowa na narty.

Piękny dom, bardzo wygodne i dobrze wyposażone apartamenty. Znakomita lokalizacja dla tych, którzy chcą jeździć na nartach szczególnie w Hochkönig (kilka minut samochodem), ale również w Skicircus oraz w Zell am See (około pół godziny dojazdu samochodem). Niesamowicie mili i pomocni gospodarze sprawią, że od razu poczujesz się jak u siebie :) Na tyłach domu jest obora, ale w domu w ogóle nie czuć zapachów.

Wir waren rundum zufrieden und würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen. Die Vermieterin war sehr nett und die Wohnung, für den Preis, tip-top.

Ein klitzekleiner Kritikpunkt gibt es... der Toaster war etwas dreckig. Krümel von den Vorgängern. Das ist aber jammern auf hohem Niveau.

Cudowna bajka, do takich obiektów chce się wracać, na długo pozostają w pamięci.

Piękny obiekt z wszystkimi udogodnieniami. Przepiękny pięciusetletni budynek z cudownie wyremontowanymi i bardzo dobrze wyposażonymi apartamentami. Czysto, miło po prostu cudownie !!!! Właściciele niezwykle mili i pomocni, płynnie porozumiewają się po angielsku. Cicha spokojna okolica, bliskość fenomenalnych ośrodków narciarskich, przepiękna okolica z mnóstwem tras rowerowych i pięknych widoków. Z czystym sercem bardzo polecam i na pewno jeszcze tam powrócę. :)
