Good location as near mid valley.. Walkable if u want.. Grab is near and send you there pretty fast.
Maybe have a metal lock for the door? Personal prefence.

Host Mandy was responsive and detailed in her communications. Location was good and water dispenser was a nice touch.
The main issue we had was with cleanliness. We checked in at 1030pm to a unit that had sticky floors due to inappropriate mopping, mosquitoes in the living room and ants in the common bathroom. There were clumps of hair in multiple spots in the living room, bedroom and bathroom. We highlighted this to host Mandy and to her credit she was very apologetic and receptive so we are confident this issue will be resolved .The guards here also seem to be a bit abrasive.
