La comodidad de la habitación grande, cama cómoda. La comunicación con el Hotel. La amabilidad del personal.
Hubieron algunas imperfecciones, que se comunicaron y fueron solucionados rápidamente, pero deberían hacer un check-list y verificar la total funcionalidad del departamento antes de entregarlo.

The staff was not on site but was easily available to call or text. The pool area was relaxing and clean. Very quite area.

I loved the keypad access to the apartment. I didn’t have to worry about keeping up with an extra set of keys. I loved that there was a broom provided and dishwashing liquid and extra bedding. I loved having a kitchen with necessary pots/ pans/etc. The back outside area was so serene I wish I could have packed it up and brought it home.
The doors all looked as if someone had pounded them in. This just made me a little concerned-wondering if someone(s) have tried to break in. Despite that, everything seemed to be safe and secure in the area. We had no problems.
Also, I had read previous comments that the pool was heated and swim ready any time of year. My daughter looked forward to a little fun in the pool. It was not heated. No pool fun :/

L'appartement est grand, propre et bien décoré.
La douche est très grande, le lit très confortable.
Très grande et belle cuisine, très fonctionnelle
Serviettes de toilette en nombre et serviettes pour la piscine fournies
Un très grand supermarché se trouve à moins de 10 min à pieds, ainsi qu'une parapharmacie,ce qui est vraiment très appréciable.
Insonorisation inexistante, nous entendions le moindre bruit de l'extérieur dont les moteurs de climatisation.
Couverts et ustensiles de cuisine très limités mais pour 3 jours c'était suffisant .
