Nice little one bedroom apt in the quiet residential neighbourhood. Good price compared to other options in Ft Lauderdale. Grate location is you have rental car. Just 5-10 min drive from the beach
I think renovation is due but it’s not like the place falling apart, just some improvements

L'appartement est grand, propre et bien décoré. La douche est très grande, le lit très confortable. Très grande et belle cuisine, très fonctionnelle Serviettes de toilette en nombre et serviettes pour la piscine fournies Un très grand supermarché se trouve à moins de 10 min à pieds, ainsi qu'une parapharmacie,ce qui est vraiment très appréciable.
Insonorisation inexistante, nous entendions le moindre bruit de l'extérieur dont les moteurs de climatisation. Couverts et ustensiles de cuisine très limités mais pour 3 jours c'était suffisant .
