Great location, great service and accommodations, great place.

The property is in an amazing location and has pretty much everything you could need. The bed is super comfortable, the shower is nice with good water pressure, and the kitchen is functional and has all the utensils and things you could need. The property manager was super helpful as we arrived quite early from an overnight bus from Amsterdam and didn’t know what to do with our bags. She allowed us to store our bags before the maid even had a chance to come which was incredible!! Super flexible and quick communication. The location is also unbeatable just a few steps away from the cathedral and right near place Kléber. I totally recommend

The only comments I would have is there weren’t many mirrors which made getting ready a little difficult and the closet space is pretty small if you’re hoping to stay for a few nights. We were only there one night however so it wasn’t really a problem.

The location was amazing. Literally a walk to eveything.

The only thing I didn't like was the check in and check out times. Check in was at 6 which is pretty late. I was lucky enough to contact the host for an early check in that was successful. Very much appreciated.

A noite de Natal perto da Catedral de Strasbourg em um apartamento acolhedor e bem montado

Fiquei muito satisfeito com minha estadia no Appartement Cosy Hyper Centre Strasbourg. Escolhi o apartamento pela localização privilegiada — especialmente porque queria passar a noite de Natal bem perto da Catedral de Strasbourg, e não poderia ter acertado mais. A poucos passos da famosa Catedral e dos mercados natalinos, pude vivenciar toda a atmosfera festiva e iluminada da cidade sem depender de transporte ou grandes deslocamentos. O apartamento em si era exatamente como descrito: um estúdio de único ambiente acolhedor, limpo e funcional. Tive tudo o que precisava para uma estadia confortável, com cozinha equipada e espaço suficiente para relaxar depois de longos passeios pelas ruas encantadoras de Strasbourg. A sensação de estar no coração da cidade acrescentou um toque especial à viagem, tornando a experiência de Natal ainda mais memorável. Mesmo sendo alta temporada e uma data movimentada, a entrada foi tranquila e a comunicação com o anfitrião eficiente, o que me deu segurança e tranquilidade durante toda a estadia. Saio daqui com excelentes lembranças e a certeza de que, se voltar a Strasbourg, este será definitivamente um dos meus locais preferidos para me hospedar.

Como sugestão construtiva, deixo apenas alguns comentários: tive certa dificuldade para utilizar a chapa de indução e o forno de micro-ondas, pois não havia instruções claras de funcionamento. Acredito que seria muito útil se os anfitriões disponibilizassem uma pasta com manuais ou mesmo orientações básicas em um impresso plastificado, o que facilitaria bastante a experiência dos hóspedes. Além disso, a cuba da pia é bastante pequena, o que acaba limitando tarefas simples, como lavar um prato de jantar. São pontos pontuais que não comprometem a qualidade geral da estadia, mas que poderiam torná-la ainda mais confortável.

L emplacement.assez silencieux malgré la localisation. Très joli ment décoré.

L'appartement est fait que pour deux. Dormir dans le canapé lit manque de confort !!concernant L'équipement. Pouvez vous mettre à disposition planche à découper et un tire bouchon Liquide vaisselle serviettes invité. Concernant les serviettes de toilette moins rêche sil vous plaît( mettre au sèche linge).je trouve le prix un peu excessif pour la prestation que nous avons eu. Même si nous etions en periode des marchés de noel

Apparemment très bien situé mais arrivé 17h départ 10h

Le logement était très bien placé, beau et propre.

La communication avec le propriétaire était difficile. Sur booking, la réservation était de 00h à 00h. Un peu surprise quand après 2 h d’attente à mes messages, le propriétaire m’annonce le jour même que les réservations sont de 17h jour d’arrivée jusqu’à 10h heure du départ. Petit coup de stress. Au bout de 2h, le propriétaire me dit qu’il s’est arrangé pour que l’on puisse avoir l’appart dès le matin. Chouette. Je lui envoie immédiatement un message pour lui demander si nous pouvons décaler aussi le départ du lendemain car un week-end à Strasbourg avec les valises ce n’est pas facile. Et puis ce n’était pas ce que l’on avait réservé. Petit stress à nouveau. J’ai eu une réponse le lendemain matin à 8h30. Il nous a arrangé en mettant les valises dans un autre appartement. Je vous conseille de mettre les horaires sur booking pour que les gens qui viennent en week-end ou autre puissent être au courant. 17h à 10h c’est court. L’appartement était très propre, seul bémol : les draps du lit sentait le linge mal séché.

L’host non ci ha mai risposto ne su messaggistica Booking ne sul numero privato che Booking ci aveva messo a disposizione. Il giorno stesso del soggiorno contatto Booking e solo grazie a loro ottengo due ore dopo una risposta dall host (dopo che é stato sollecitato da Booking). Abbiamo trovato la casa sporca, con la spazzatura dei clienti precedenti, asciugamani e lenzuola che “sembravano” utilizzati e neanche ripiegati, nella toilette solo un rotolo pieno e mezzo cominciato. Non presenti lenzuola idonee per il divano letto.

Superbe appartement bien situé

Magnifique appartement. Tout est pratique. Meubles de belle qualité . 2 salle de bain nickel . Situation au top en plein centre prêt des marches de Noël

Contact avant l’arrivée . Ne répond pas aux messages . Hors que c’est renseigné :réponse dans les 24 h . Et pour finir on reçoit les renseignements le code boîte à clef et code porte 4 h le jour même de l arrivée. Dommage . Et un des garage renseigné n’est pas accessible pendant le marché de Noël .

Au rez-de-chaussée et directement sur la rue : ça va pour une ou deux nuits, mais pas forcément idéal pour un plus long séjour. Elements manquants : pas de gel douche, pas de produit vaisselle, serviette de bains à mieux laver

Ci tornerò sicuramente

L'appartamento era bellissimo, pulito e comodissimo. La posizione era perfetta. Ho soggiornato con la mia compagna e il nostro cane ed è andato tutto bene. Se dovessi tornare a Strasburgo sicuramente tornerei in questo alloggio.

Unica nota che stonava un pò era il bagno perchè il wc era in una stanza mentre la doccia e il lavandino erano in un'altra stanza (niente di così problematico, solo un pò atipico).

Super Apartment für einen Kurztrip mit einer zentralen Ausgangslage

Das Apartment besticht durch die grandiose Lage direkt in der Altstadt. Das Apartment ist liebevoll eingerichtet. Das Apartment betritt man über einen Code und auch der Schlüsselkasten funktioniert mithilfe eines Codes - das ermöglicht einen unkomplizierten Check-in.

Die Duschabtrennung war leider nicht weit genug eingebaut, um das Bad nicht unter Wasser setzen zu können. Der Innenhof ist beim eintreten etwas uneinladend, aber sobald man das Apartment betritt, ist der Eindruck schnell behoben.

Emplacement dans le centre, studio très bien agencé, bien équipé, fonctionnel, avec wifi et une box offrant une pléthore de programmes, douche avec une forte pression et avec une température rapidement atteinte. Nombreux petits commerces à proximité immédiate.

Affreux. Je ne recommande pas

A peu près tout, il faisait froid. Difficile de communiquer avec l'hôte, manque de professionnalisme. Ils ne répondent pas aux appels, difficile de communiquer/expliquer une situation par message! L'heure de l'enregistrement a été un gros sujet! Il est écrit sur booking "arrivée à partir de 00:00". En vérité le logement n'était pas prêt avant 16h! Et quand j'arrive, une personne était déjà installée ! Ils ne modifient pas le code d'accès aux clefs, alors n'importe qui ayant réservé peu de temps avant peu rester ou récupérer les clefs. Logement pas hyper propre (bouche de ventilation noire, drap avec des taches) Mauvaise isolation : on entend tout ce qui se passe. Sans parler du froid polaire même avec la clim. Même la télé était inutilisable!

Panne de chauffage. L'hôte ne réagit pas. Nous avons passé une nuit très froide. La chambre donne sur une rue où se trouvent des volets anciens qui ne bloquent pas la vue. du bruit toute la nuit.

recent gerenoveerd appartement, op twee verdiepingen in het centrum van het oude Straatsburg gelegen 2 slaapkamers, met ook 2 douchekamers, elke kamer voldoende lichtinval. gelegen in (zeer) oud pand, goed gerenoveerd met behoud authentieke elementen koffiezet met capsules staat klaar, een fles water in de koelkast zou een plus zijn

zoals correct aangegeven in de advertentie, gelegen op de vierde verdieping, zonder lift, toch even een inspanning een bus douchegel of shampoo bij de douches zou een meerwaarde zijn, zeker als je boekt via booking verwacht je een beetje een 'hotelservice' met die producten

Macchinetta del caffè non funzionante. Il prezzo della camera rispetto al servizio offerto. Quasi tutto Ikea e si vede.

Zentral, schöne Wohnung, aber wir kommen leider nicht mehr wieder.

Die Unterkunft ist sehr schön eingerichtet. Das Bett wirklich etwas klein. Die Badematten waren sehr unhygienisch und es gab leider kein Toilettenpapier. Da die Wohnung sich im Erdgeschoss befindet, kann man nur sehr schlecht lüften. Das merkt man leider auch, v.a. im Bad.

Die Lage des Appartements ist super zentral gelegen. Die Räumlichkeiten waren sauber. Der Gastgeber war easy per SMS zu erreichen. Die Küche hatte alles Wesentliche.

Das "one bedroom Appartment" ist leider viel zu klein, damit zwei Erwachsene dort schlafen können. Das zweite Appartement, welches wir gebucht haben, hat eine Ausziehcouch, aber sobald diese ausgeklappt ist, gibt es eigentlich keinen Platz mehr. Dementsprechend ist dieses Appartement leider für 4 Erwachsene nicht zu empfehlen. Aufgrund der Lage (Erdgeschoss im Stadtkern) wird relativ wenig gelüftet, was man an Handtüchern und Bettwäsche merkt.

Sehr zentrale Wohnung, perfekt für Stadttrip, nicht so gemütlich un drinnen lange zu verweilen.

Sehr zentral, perfekt für Ausflüge. Gut ausgestattete Küche. Alles da was es braucht. 4 Schlafplätze (2 Erwachsene, 2 Kinder), ruhiges Quartier, meist Autofreie Strasse.

Erdgeschoss, Fenster konnten über Nacht nicht geöffnet bleiben, nicht gute Luftzirkulation möglich, kein Geschirrtuch in der Küche, keine Zufahrt mit dem Auto.

Erst in der Anmeldung selbst habe ich dann die richtige Telefonnummer gefunden Anrufbeantworter? nur in französisch und für mich nicht verständlich dann aber umgehende Rückmeldung per sms früherer checkin und späterer checkout war unproblematisch möglich, Gepäck konnte länger deponiert werden - das war Klasse

Emplacement parfait, logement magnifique et très bien équipé. Un vrai petit cocon.

Juste un petit bémol je n ai pas eu de nouvelles de l'hôte avant le jour J je me suis donc un peu inquiète mais tout à été vite oublié vu la qualité du logement.
