The Rose Shell 3BR Boutique Villa - Gili Air

Our stay at The Rose Shell Boutique Villa – Gili Air was truly special and one of the highlights of our trip. The villa itself is beautifully designed and has a unique atmosphere. The architecture, the pool area, the open living spaces and the artistic details create a setting that feels almost like stepping into a watercolor painting. Everywhere you look, there is charm, character and a sense of tranquility. What made our stay even more memorable was the wonderful hospitality of the team. Both Charlie and his colleague were incredibly kind, welcoming, attentive and always ready to help. From arranging transportation and activities to answering questions and making sure everything was perfect, they consistently made us feel cared for throughout our stay. Charlie was our main point of contact and truly exceptional. He always went the extra mile, was incredibly warm-hearted and genuine, and made us feel less like guests and more like friends. His positive attitude and sincere care for his guests made a lasting impression on us. His colleague was equally friendly, helpful and professional, and together they created a welcoming atmosphere that made us feel completely at home. Another lovely part of our stay was Ginger, the sweet cat, who became our little "Gili Air house cat" during our visit and made us smile every day. We felt incredibly comfortable here and will remember both the beautiful villa and the outstanding hospitality of Charlie and his colleague for a long time.

If we had to mention one thing, it would be that there is no breakfast service available directly at the villa. Having breakfast on-site would make an already wonderful experience even more convenient. Other than that, everything was excellent.

Fantastyczne miejsce, które nazwaliśmy wraz ze znajomymi Oaza - miejsce odcięte od otaczającego świata powodujące, że człowiek odpływa w świat wypoczynku i relaksu. Charli (pomocnik gospodarza) był bardzo pomocny, zorganizował nam rowery, był chętny udzielić pomocy w każdym potrzebnym przypadku.
