Excellent location, close to ski lifts, beautiful view overlooking mountains close to afterski, sunny balcony during lunch. Close to small super market with fresh bread. Well equipped kitchen, fast wi-fi.

Bed covers dirty, poor cleaning, broken furniture. Inadequate cleaning equipment. In need of a touch up of surfaces - looks worn down. With minimal efforts this place could be more appealing. Keys needs to be picked up and dropped off in Tignes Le Lac which is very inconvenient for the customers - a key box at the property would be preferable. Personnel at rental office cannot speak English properly, difficult to communicate. A bit noisy 4-8.30 PM from the close by after ski place Cocorico.
