My friends and I (all in our early 40s) stayed here for a music festival put on by Topeka. It was super close to the beach and the festival and there was enough space for all of us without feeling crowded. The house was spotless when we arrived and communication was clear/quick. I'd recommend to anyone staying in Miramar Beach.

The house was very clean and looked as the picture showed. The bedrooms are large. The bathrooms are perfect size and great outdoor space. The golf cart was an added plus I would stay here again as it is close to everything you need.

This was our first time visiting Florida. After looking at several places, we finally decided on Batchelors Button 61. I am so glad we did! So spacious and clean! Perfect location! The golf cart that came with the place was such an added bonus! So many good places to eat and shops close by! The beach was a 2 minute golf cart ride and we loved it! We will definitely stay here again!
