This modern, open and airy home is set in a quiet neighbor with easy access to all the best things to do and see in Oxford and at Ole Miss. The split-level home in Grand Oaks, near the Country Club of Oxford, has been recently renovated with three bedrooms available that can sleep seven. On the upper level you will find three bedrooms and two full baths along with the open kitchen, dining and living room area. The lower level has a TV room with large U-shaped sofa perfect for game watching. This room has a door for privacy and includes a full size sofa bed. The third full bath is nearby. The laundry room with extra fridge is located on the lower level as well. The home has ample outdoor space wrapping the perimeter of the home – two separate umbrella table spaces, rocking chairs, a sitting area with a propane fire pit, a furnished screen porch and a large unfenced yard. This home is a great location for family and friends to be close to the action while having a peaceful well-appointed home to return to each night. Pet(s) allowed on a case by case basis.

We loved the proximity of the house to the square and the place was very clean and all we needed. The property manager was very responsive. Would stay there again.

The property was beautiful! Very clean and nice. Communication fabulous with the owner when needed. Only thing was I would not list it as “4 bedroom”. The one “bedroom” is actually a family TV room in basement with big sectional couch that has a pull out bed. Two bedrooms with queen size beds as listed. Final “bedroom” listed as 2 twin beds was actually the area designed between the master bedroom and bathroom as a changing area/ closet that they have a twin size bed in with trundle. When all individuals staying are 15 and older it is less than ideal to have some sleeping basically in the masters closet that you have to pass through to use the restroom and they have to pass through master bedroom to get to or from their “room”.. would be ok for lower grade school Age children or younger.

This home is gorgeous & very comfortable in a beautiful & quiet neighborhood. The living area is open to the kitchen & great for everyone to be together. This home is stylishly & beautifully decorated. The owner, Tim, could not be more accommodating. He was most hospitable. It is close to the square & Ole Miss. it is on an acre & we saw deer on a couple of occasions in the back yard. It has a really kool balcony overlooking the back yard. You will enjoy this property.
