Our amazing location is central to everything Oxford has to offer including award winning restaurants, upscale shopping, antiquing, and more!

Our updated and beautifully furnished condo has everything you need for your home away from home – perfect place to stay when visiting your student, for a couples getaway, business trip, or we have plenty of room for families or groups!

Grand Oaks is a beautiful and prestigious Oxford neighborhood with walking paths and lush and mature landscaping. Stay just minutes from "Ole Miss" and the Grove for their famous tailgating under the Mississippi magnolias and oak trees. The Square is lined with all the best boutique shops and award-winning restaurants. You won't find chain restaurants and shops here – local and unique is the order of the day! You will fall in love with Oxford just like we have – the cutest Southern town you ever did see!

Our condo is located on the 1st floor and is one level. We have a king bedroom suite with a tv and ensuite bathroom with shower and soaking tub, a guest bedroom with a queen bed and a full-sized pull-out trundle, a third guest bedroom with double twins, and 2 additional bathrooms. We have plush mattresses, soft linens, and fluffy white towels plus spa grade toiletries.

PLEASE NOTE:
Upon booking, you will receive our standard rental agreement for electronic signature and an offer of optional travel insurance to protect your vacation!
Primary guest(s) must be at least 25 years old and personally supervise any guests under 25 at all times. NO pets allowed, including ESAs which are not required in vacation rentals by law, and no smoking/vaping in the property or the balcony, and no parties - we do not rent to locals to prevent parties, if you are a local, contact us first! We provide starter supplies of trash bags, toilet paper, paper towels, soap, and shampoo. We are not responsible for noise from other neighbors or any common area issues. Guests must adhere to HOA rules and quiet hours. To keep our property affordable for all group sizes, we have an additional $20/night/guest fee for each guest over 4.

*Departure instructions – We don't believe in long chore lists for our guests - all we ask is that our guests remove all trash and food and start the dishwasher with any remaining dishes. This small list allows our professional housekeeping team to clean and sanitize the condo during our short rental turn in time for our next guests. We appreciate you!
