About this house rental
This 3-bedroom house with many amenities has the grandeur of Wellfleet's ocean coast right off your deck. Walk up the stairs and enter the well-equipped kitchen open to the sitting area, surrounded by windows for enjoying the amazing panoramic vista! Out to the deck, and sit in one of four Adirondack chairs (cushions available!) and enjoy the view of the ocean and National Seashore amidst the potted herbs, a bird bath, and a bird feeder. Hear the ocean waves and smell the salt air.
Inside, there is a king-sized bed, a tv, and a sink in the master bed on the first floor. There is also another bedroom with two twin beds, with miles of ocean views everywhere. This is truly a singular property, with views views views!
Both bathrooms, the full and the 1/2, are on this floor. There is a ladder to the loft (not a staircase) where there are two queen mattresses on the floor. See pictures. (Children under 8 and elderly people should not go up this ladder.).
Outside and downstairs is an extra refrigerator and a washer/dryer.
Well-behaved dogs are allowed. Also please note: this is a Friday-Friday rental.
This house includes a Washer/Dryer, 3 mini-splits, ceiling fans, cable TV, DVD, CD, lobster pot, dishwasher, microwave, basket coffee maker, blender, toaster oven and toaster, food processor, ironing board and iron, gas grill, enclosed outdoor shower, WiFi, 4 Adirondack chairs with footstools and cushions. Plus:
Beach chairs and towels
Beach toys and noodles
Herbs grown in pots on the deck
Birdbath and seed- lots of goldfinch birds
Extra inside table leaf in King Bedroom closet
Extra chair in Twin Bedroom closet
Extra refrigerator in the basement
Non-refundable $250.00 fee (includes administrative fee and damage waiver assurance) plus applicable state and local taxes. The linen package is available at an additional cost upon request.

We had a truly magical visit with our teenager and two dogs. If that’s not enough to convince you than you clearly don’t have a teenager. Saw seals, sharks, and beautiful sunrises everyday. Hoping this home becomes part of our regular summer routine.

This is our third year staying at this house. The house is in an absolutely gorgeous location, right over the ocean. It is well appointed and comfortable and we have loved our visits here. This year, one of the bathrooms smelled badly of urine, we cleaned the toilet and mopped the floor before the smell stopped. This is the first time we have ever had any issues of cleanliness at this house. The second issue was the beautiful deck area overlooking the ocean smelled of animal waste. We couldn’t find the source to clean so it made sitting on the deck unpleasant for 3 of the days we were there. We were very disappointed since we have loved the place so much.
