About this house rental
Spacious, Private, furnished ranch home sleeps 6 in beds plus 2 couches and 2 automatic air mattresses. Heated Swim Spa, Master On/Suite, jetted tub, Adjustable Bed, Family room with lovely gas fireplace in living room. The middle bedrooms both have an electric fireplaces. High speed internet, seperate office space & a nicely equipped spacious kitchen. 1st fl. laundry, eat in Dining room table seats 8.

Relax in heated Swim Spa or Workout in our on site GYM, includes large flat screen TV, WaterRower, Treadmill, Stair Stepper, Elliptical, free weights, Universal Weight Machine, balance beams, etc. 3/4 size Ping pong table. Park in attached 2 car garage with auto opener. Peaceful cul-de-sac. Sun lounging chairs and outdoor eating area, barbecue grill, outdoor gas fire table in private back yard with eating area under covered porch.
Located 11 mins From Lake Geneva beaches, Alpine Valley Music venue, Grand Geneva Golf, Evergreen Golf course, Lakelawn golf course, Sunset Park & Splash Pool Softball complex, William's Bay, Delavan Lake, Lakelawn Resort, Lake Como, Hwy 67 & easy access to Hwy 43.
Enjoy Playstation 3, multiple movies in CD form, family games, puzzles, 3 air mattresses for extra guests in basement closet. Please enjoy the Peaceful neighborhood while relaxing In our heated Swim Spa. A large family of turkeys visit almost daily year round.
Enjoy walking the near by Ice Age Trail then relax in a Master bedroom suite complete with shower and jetted Swirlbath tub.
we are near Alpine Valley concerts, Ski Resort, & Lake Geneva beach, Nearby Sunset Park has Swimming in the summer or a small sledding area. Winter wonderland events nearby or summer golfing & wine tasting, then return to easy parking and quiet neighborhood.
Please be kind to our neighbors by not making too much noise or hosting large parties.

This is a quiet, cozy property, located in a cul-de-sac, with neighbors on either side, but plenty of space in between homes. LOADS of games and activities, so even rainy days are fun. Loved the fully equipped gym and swim spa!Kitchen, laundry room, and linens were fully stocked. Some appliances and certain functions of swim spa were not working properly; likely just need maintenance.Host was highly responsive, readily available, and quite engaged. We had one issue: there is a local ordinance which highly restricts motorhomes from being parked at the property (driveway is inclined, so was not an option for parking it). We were not aware of this, and one of the neighbors called police to have us move our motorhome on the 2nd day. This caused unnecessary stress, but luckily the nearby RV place was understanding and allowed us to park it at their location for the week. Host was not aware of ordinance either and was very willing to help us.Overall, our family enjoyed the stay and would return if we visit Wisconsin again in the future.

This home was just what we needed -- calm, quiet, solitude. All of your necessities on one level! We even had some guests that we admired from a distance (mama turkey followed by her young ones). This home is at the end of a cul de sac -- which made parking a challenge with our trailer (that was my error and no reflection on the home!) We would love to stay here again!!!

We went to getaway and relax, and that's exactly what we did. This home is very warm and cozy. What you read and see is what you get and then some. Would definitly stay again. Debra was attentive and easily available.
