Beautiful, cosy single-family house "KLM", built in 2023. In the hamlet Rupalj 3.2 km from the centre of Poličnik, 7.3 km from the centre of Posedarje, 16 km from the centre of Zadar, in a sunny position, 7 km from the sea. Private: property 1'000 m2 (fenced) with wildlife garden, swimming pool angular (8 x 4 m, 32 m2, depth 150 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Apr. - 01.Oct.) with internal staircase. Outdoor shower, volleyball, badminton, arbour (20 m2), barbecue (swing), pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. In the house: internet access, trampoline, washing machine. Parking (for 3 cars) at the house on the premises. Shop 300 m, restaurant 500 m, bus stop 750 m, sandy beach 7 km. Please note: airfield 21 km from the property.

Great location near Zadar of a beautiful home! Brand new residence with all of the modern luxuries and amenities. Casamundo and Interhome gave a us a bit of a scare because we booked the residence less than 48hr before arrival and the confirmation did not come through until about 3 hrs before arrival. That was the only hindrance.
