Villa Roza is located in the small town of Lovinac, which is in the hinterland of the beautiful city of Zadar. Lovinac is located in an ideal location that provides peace and quiet and a rural idyll with a view of the Velebit mountain, and yet accessibility to all amenities because it is 9 km from the sea and 15 km from the center of Zadar.
Villa Roza is a fully air-conditioned and modernly decorated new facility that can host 6 + 2 people in 3 bedrooms, two of which have double beds, and one room is equipped with two single beds. All three bedrooms have private bathrooms, allowing for additional privacy. In addition to the fully equipped kitchen, there is a living room with a sofa bed that can accommodate two people. Villa Roza is perfect for a family with children because it offers a lot of facilities such as a children's playground, table football, board games and, of course, a private pool whose specialty is salt water that will allow even those with the most sensitive skin to swim. While the kids play, adults can maintain their line on the elliptical and weight bench. Of course, along with entertainment, the most important family moments are spent preparing delicious meals by the fireplace in the summer kitchen.

Luxury Villa around 15km inland from Zadar, located in a small village. The Villa is recently built and everything is to a high standard.
Fabulous heated outdoor pool, large BBQ area, secure parking, play equipment for children.
Excellent communication with Marin and Anita, the owners. Local grocery store next door (but hidden from villa). Everything very clean and tidy.
Good location for exploring the area, Nin and Novigrad being just a couple of beautiful local villages, so not far to go for a dip in the sea, but the Villa pool is very nice.
Our stay was unfortunately only for one week, we could have stayed for a month 🙁
