Enjoy a stay for two in this cosy studio located in one of the most sought-after areas of southern Tenerife. Just a short walk from the sea and the lively area of San Eugenio Bajo, it offers easy access to beaches, restaurants, shops, and leisure facilities.
The accommodation features a bright open-plan layout with a sleeping area equipped with two single beds that can be joined together to create a double bed. It also includes a kitchenette, a full bathroom with a bathtub and bidet, and a furnished terrace where you can enjoy sea views.
The kitchen is equipped with the essentials for preparing simple meals, including an electric hob, refrigerator, and microwave. You will also find a TV, iron, and ironing board. Bed linen and towels are provided for your comfort.
The complex offers a lift, a heated children's pool, and Wi-Fi in the common areas. Community parking spaces are also available, subject to availability.
The location is ideal for exploring the island and enjoying a wide range of activities. The popular Puerto Colón marina, beaches, and seafront promenade are all within walking distance.
Tenerife South Airport is approximately 16 km away and can be easily reached by taxi or public transport.
Whenever possible, we are happy to offer flexible check-in and check-out times, subject to prior arrangement. Arrivals after 10:30 pm are subject to a €20 supplement.
For security reasons, the loss of keys or assistance required due to keys being left inside the apartment will incur an additional charge of €100.

Great location 2 mins down to Puerto Colon and 2 mins up the hill to San Eugenio shopping centre.
Hotel was ok and the pool area was decent. Room very dated but was clean and large with a nice seaview balcony.
Good value for money even if the pillows had seen better days.

The apartment was exactly as described in the advertisement. It had everything you need for a comfortable stay — perfect for getting your head down and using as a base. The location was excellent, the hotel staff were helpful, and the host was very responsive. Great experience overall!

Have stayed in property before I asked to be contacted by rep never happened did not get any internet whatsoever If i had been out on Saturday afternoon the place would have been flooded i spent my time mopping the place no thanks submited
