Double bed advertised was actually two mattresses. Received message: **IN ORDER TO REDUCE WASTE, WE DO NOT PROVIDE SHAMPOO, BODY WASH AND BOTTLED MILK IN THE PROPERTY. PLEASE BRING YOUR OWN ONES IF NEEDED. THANK YOU FOR YOUR UNDERSTANDING.** This does not reduce waste. If they are not used, then the gel can stay. The milk if not used can be used elsewhere as there is a fridge to keep it fresh. No long life milk provided either. These things are normally provided and particularly fresh milk in an apartment on arrival is always a nice touch. It is a lot easier for the host to provide this than it is for a traveller to arrive with it. It seems that really this is to save money and effort from the host thus the honest thing would have been to say so.

Close to Sevenoaks town and more space than many BnBs in Sevenoaks. Decor is functional but our stay was comfortable. It was not obvious when booking that the double bed and 2 singles and in the same house and that you could book either or both.

The beeping alarm when arrived was annoying but I did get on to Edmond and eventually he understood it was loud to hear on our side and he turned it off. We were there when it was hot and the road nearby is too noisy to have open windows, but it was quiet when they were closed

Large property, in relaxing grounds.

It’s like a scout hut, with typically mismatched furniture and a little shabby. Decent as a base for walking etc but not for business. Very disappointed that the snooker and table tennis cost extra, and are not cheap either, payment going straight to the host. The snooker cues had no tips, making the game unplayable. The host didn’t offer a refund on the extra cost which is pretty poor.
