Great apartment with private pool. The level of finish,attention to detail,decor,cleanliness,comfort and facilities are amazing. We did not need anything but I’ve no doubt Nikos would have tried to provide. He is very kind and had a welcome pack for us as well as providing more treats throughout the week. It is approx 30 min walk to old town but you can get a bus for 1.20cent. Taxi late at night 7-10 euro. I would thoroughly recommend this apartment. You will not be disappointed if you book it.
There are numerous balconies (6),shutters and mosquito nets on all doors and windows, a well equipped kitchen,great showers, comfortable beds, tvs in all bedrooms and living room although we never had them on. There are loungers as well as tables and chairs at pool and outdoor furniture on 2 of the other balconies where there is a great view over the town and the sea.

My wife and I had the pleasure of staying at EDEL Luxury Apartments in Chania, and it was truly one of the most memorable experiences we've had while traveling.
The apartment was spotless, beautifully decorated, and fully equipped with everything we needed—from a modern kitchen and washing machine to fast Wi-Fi and comfortable furnishings. It felt like a luxurious home away from home.
What made our stay truly special was the host, Nikos, and his wonderful family. Upon arrival, we were welcomed with delicious treats from the island of Crete—local wine, cheese, and other specialties that gave us a taste of the region’s rich culture. It was a thoughtful and heartwarming gesture.
On our last evening, we were spontaneously invited to a traditional Greek BBQ with the family. It was an unforgettable night filled with laughter, amazing food, and genuine connection. We felt like part of the family, and it was the perfect way to end our stay.
The location is ideal—peaceful and quiet, yet just a short walk from the vibrant old town of Chania and the waterfront. The view from the apartment was stunning and added to the overall sense of serenity.
We wholeheartedly recommend EDEL Luxury Apartments to anyone visiting Chania. It’s not just a place to stay—it’s an experience. We will definitely be coming back.

The host, Nikos, was waiting for us when we arrived, and from the first moment all expectations of service were exceeded. In the apartment there was a great platter with many Greek specialties, and in addition we were given red wine, soda and water, and a fruit platter. Nikos gave us a tour of the apartment. Double sets of towels for the shower, there were beach towels for the pool. Sheets but also thicker bedspreads. These bedspreads were wrapped from the dry cleaner. The apartment was super clean. We were all completely blown away by the size and all the terraces, the size of the bedrooms, the facilities and the view. It topped off with the fact that we had our own private pool. Just 15 minutes walk to city center. Grocery store 5 minutes walk from the building. Quiet area, secluded from traffic.
We highly recommend Edel suites, and there is a risk that with our recommendation we are making it so attractive that it will be difficult to get accommodation the next time we go to Chania :)
We have nothing bad to say about Edel Suites and Niko's hospitality.

The property is exceptional, with quality modern facilities making our stay in Chania very enjoyable. Nikos was a great host providing a welcome basket and fruit and nothing was too much trouble, responding to our queries quickly. Our property came with a roof top pool which was fabulous to cool you down and with views over the sea and Chania. We loved our stay here and would definitely return if we were to come back to Chania.
