Unforgettable sea views, Hot tub, Modern property

Lovely location with spectacular views.

The kitchen wasn’t particularly well equipped, we had to go out to buy some scissors and a baking tray. The sound insulation wasn’t very good between the upper and lower apartments, as we could hear literally every foot step from the guests upstairs and every door being opened and closed. For the money we’d paid, we expected some sort of welcome gift, such as some tea and coffee, some milk (not an empty milk bottle in the fridge) perhaps a few biscuits etc.

Lovely spacious and very clean, it has everything you need for your stay.

Nothing 😊

The location was great - less than 5 min walk down the hill to the beach and right on the coastal path. The hot tub was great and well maintained.

Beryl small things like the back on the sofa was put together back to front with a hard edge at the top. A reading chair in the window might be a nice addition. However, overall the property was close to perfect - clean and cosy, just the retreat needed when returning from a blustery walk.

Beautiful outlook overlooking Newgate beach

Property was beautiful could have done with some outside loungers and garden was basic
