Overall, the property is nice and well-connected, with an excellent location. It is clean and welcoming. However, the windows in the room are not well insulated, and on windy days, unpleasant drafts come through. There is no staff on-site except for the cleaning personnel, who only take care of collecting the trash. During my week-long stay, the towels were never changed (and there was also no bathrobe or large towel). Honestly, I don’t think this should be an extra request—I would expect at least one towel change during my stay. The property does not offer a luggage storage service, which is a real shame. On the bright side, the virtual staff responds immediately to any issues or needs (for example, when the entry codes didn’t work, they promptly provided new ones). The Wi-Fi is good. Overall, my experience was positive, but I was hoping for something better.
