The check-in process was incredibly smooth, and the host's communication was prompt, clear, and very helpful. The property was spotlessly clean, very comfortable a relaxing trip.
It would be incredibly helpful to have a kitchen towel placed in the kitchen for drying hands and dishes.

I liked that the house was not far from Oxford since were were driving there often and it was convenient for trips into the Cotswolds. Parking available on the property and on the street. The property was clean and the living room comfortable. The bathrooms were a good size. Kitchen had a fairly good sized refrigerator.
First impressions are important and the backyard was a bit overgrown with weeds. Although 3 rooms were noted, one was locked and we had to request it to be opened. Hand soap was missing in two of the bathrooms but that was remedied by the next day. The rooms were a bit smaller than expected and having a place to stow the extra luggage was needed. We were also there when it was very hot and the cross wind from having all the windows open made sleeping better. I would say the house is more suited for two adults and children. The mattress was comfortable but the pillows a little flat. I would also recommend stocking the downstairs bathroom with a towel and provide 2 hand towels per person (vs. the one provided)The walk in closed is really a pantry/utility closet on the first floor. There was a Nespresso machine but no pods. It really didn't affect us since we liked going into town for coffee and breakfast.
