Great location, clean building, nice reception staff The room is exactly as in the picture and the checkin process is very convenient
There were flies in the bathroom and we needed to get Insecticide The elevator is at the 1st floor so we needed to use the stairs to the first floor and then be able to use the elevator We requested a 2 hours early check-in and they demanded that we pay around 50% of the daily rate and we agreed but they insisted that we should pay in PIX which we don’t have (although we paid for our stay via credit card)

O flat é muito confortável, apesar de pequeno, atendeu muito bem às nossas necessidades. A cama é maravilhosa e nele tinha todos os utensílios necessários para a nossa estadia. Fomos recepcionadas com um mimo (chocolate), e também deixaram água disponível na geladeira). Voltaria novamente com certeza!
O vaso estava com a descarga quebrada, informamos e prontamente nos ajudaram enviando a manutenção para fazer o reparo.

É muito organizado e nos ajudou a economizar muito! A lavanderia e a máquina de comida foram extremamente úteis, preços justos, além de dar para ir andando tranquilamente ao metrô. O quarto tem uma ótima janela e deixa entrar bastante luz natural, e a cama é maravilhosa. Já quero voltar!
