location just off main street, convenience store opposite, movement sensitive lighting in the hallways, newness, lovely big bath towel, fan in room, choice to have clean linen or not for sustainability / environment, pre info, everything worked as it should, good shower, not stingy with loo rolls

more than 1 coat hanger would be good, a splashback at the sink would be tidier, hairdryer in each room needed these days

Location perfect for me as close to train station but also easy to walk into and around town.

There was nothing to dislike

Easy check in, spacious clean room. Lovely comfortable bed, cotton sheets and bedding, good pillows. Had a really good sleep.

On a particularly cold weekend there was no heating in the room. Because the room was huge I was freezing. There were radiators there but they didn't come on at all. I couldn't even warm myself up with a cuppa as there were no tea bags or coffee sachets. Also there was no shampoo/body wash Bit misleading on the welcome notes as it showed a photo of toiletries. It said tea/coffee making facilities (that meant a kettle was there) I think for the price. These things could have been included It's the only place I've been to that hasn't provided things mentioned. Also no hairdryer. Made no difference really because I couldn't have a shower as there was nothing to wash myself with. Carrying all that stuff is not an option for me because I'm carrying my back pack and travelling on the bus.
