Location perfect.
The host did a good job minimizing the noise outside, provided mask and ear plugs and black out curtains with noise buffering. Aside from that, the noise wasn't that bad anyhow on the 5th floor. Unless you are traveling solo, the queen bed is fine, but personally I prefer a king bed in any situation, and the room is def big enough to accommodate the king. Overall good stay for the night and would come back.

Getting access to the property was more challenging than it needed to be. The door accees code I received wasn't correct. THAT SAID, I did email the support team for a new code and quickly received a new code, so that was good.

We pre-arranged dropping our luggage off ahead of checking into the hotel room. However, it was a struggle to get the door code to be able to do so, and later getting our luggage back at checkin time also required a wait. Perhaps communication between hosts, guests and onsite staff could be made easier.

The location and room were very nice
I didn't like the fact that although the listing says up to 4 guests, there is a charge for the 4th guest of $35 per night. That information was not disclosed until after the booking and the booking was non-refundable.
