It’s location
The check in is complicated. We asked for an early checking through booking but never got a reply. We tried to call the hotel by phone but we got no reply.

Location was brilliant. Apartment was nice and clean.
Communication was bad. I sent several messages to request a 3rd guest and to check in early. I only kept getting the same message asking “how many guests and if I was bringing a pet”
I was willing to pay the $45 to check in early. Plus they wanted to charge more for a 3rd person to sleep on awful pull out sofa.
Also check out instructions said to leave “parking pass” but we were NOT offered any parking pass
