The road to the location was a bit winding but that was something to be expected.

Basic apartment with a beautiful view

The apartment is very basic. The best thing is the position, in an old refurbished house in a small village over the Lake Como. And excellent restaurant "Fattoria" next to [closed in wednesdays]. The view from the balcony is wonderful.

The price is too high for the quality of the apartment. Very steep not well fixed stairs, big bunk bed, basic kitchen equipment. It is very difficult to find the house in an empty village. No shops available. Code box on rhe door. A scorpion inside!

Quand c'est génial, il faut le crier sur tous les toits

Nous sommes tellement tombés sous le charme que nous avons décidé de loger à nouveau à la Casettina Vittoria en rentrant de Florence. Cette petite maison est très bien agencée, confortable et Sara met un point d'honneur assurer une bonne communication. Le poêle aux pellets avait été allumé bien avant notre arrivée et la température dans le logement était bien agréable. Le logement est excentré par rapport au lac mais pour se ressourcer et profiter d'une vue magnifique sur le lac et les collines avoisinantes, rien de tel. Si je voyage à nouveau dans la région, j'espère que le logement de Sara sera disponible. Je le recommande +++++

Casetta tipica ben strutturato. Padrone gentile presente ha accolto ogni esigenza e risolto in tempo zero i problemi. Poki parcheggi vicino unico difetto ma due minuti a piedi dalla chiesa Super consigliato

Petit havre de paix perché sur la colline

J'ai reçu les indications de la propriétaire via WhatsApp. Pour trouver le logement, elle partage même un petit film. Le logement est nickel niveau, taille, propreté, confort, aménagement, emplacement. Chiens admis. Possibilité de promener les chiens à 2min. Lieu paisible nuit calme ++++. Restaurant à 4min à pied en contrebas du village. Attention peu de place de parking libre et accès au village via des rues étroites. Toutes les commodités disponibles dans la vallée, près du lac de Côme...à à peine 10 min en voiture.

Bardzo klimatyczny domek z pięknym widokiem w starym mieście

Piękny widok z okna, domek w starym miasteczku z klimatem. Jak przyszłyśmy gospodarz zadbał aby było ciepło i piec już chodził. Domek w pełni wyposażony. Kontakt z właścicielem bardzo dobry, wskazał nam dokładnie gdzie możemy zostawić auto i jak dostać się do domku. Przy rezerwacji należy zwrócić uwagę że domek leży w strefie bez wjazdu autem i trzeba przejść ok 400m jednak jest to spacer po bardzo klimatycznym miasteczku. Wszystko zgodnie z opisem, właściciel bardzo kontaktowy i miły. Polecam

Piętro nie nagrzewa się tak szybko jak parter gdzie stoi piec ale jest dodatkowy grzejnik który można włączyć więc ok.

Estaba limpia y ordenada

Éramos tres huéspedes y solo pudo bañarse uno ya que nos quedamos sin agua caliente. Se bañó rápido pero el resto no pudo bañarse. Hacía muchísimo frío y el agua salía helada.

Gezellig, knus, van alle gemakken voorzien. Eigenaar was heel behulpzaam. Let op: geen wifi en 4G bereik is slecht maar dat is perfect om tot rust te komen😁

Całkiem przytulnie,ale nie wynajelabym poraz drugi. Dlaczego opisałam poniżej.

Dotarcie z jeziora Como było dosyć trudne. Dodatkowo nie było wifi ani parkingu,tak jak wspominano w ogłoszeniu. Trzeba było zaparkować pod kościołem i iść ok 500 m. I uważam że było za drogo płacić 70. €. Powinno być max 50 € .Schody w domu na 1pietro były dość niewygodne . Niestety właściciel wysyłał natarczywie wiadomości na WhatsApp żeby podać ID,mimo tego,że podałam dane do faktury,bo pobyt był na firmę.. Zobaczyłam po czasie jak wyjechałam z domu ponieważ w domu nie było wifi,chyba z 5 wiadomości..... Uważam że to przegięcie. Ciekawe czy otrzymam fakturę?

Grappig voor 1 nacht

Het was een mooi uitzicht, niet zo dat je uit kan kijken over het meer maar je kan tussen de gebouwen een klein stukje comomeer zien. De badkamer is super netjes en volgens mij onlangs gerenoveerd.

De bedden waren vreselijk, super slecht matrassen en bodems en het kraakt enorm. Meubels zijn erg verouderd

Exiguë, peu fonctionnel, mais bel environnement

- La vue sur le lac de Côme (bien que partielle, car on voit surtout les toits des maisons du village et un peu, le lac) - Le calme du village (loin de l'effervescence du pourtour du lac au mois d'août) - La présence d'une pizzeria dans le village - Le balcon - Les explications et la boîte ont parfaitement fonctionné - La randonnée, en partant du village et en montant derrière, on atteint le sommet de la montagne avec une magnifique vue sur le lac, et c'est bien ombragé

- La route très sinueuse et dangereuse lorsqu'on croise une voiture, on a peur de la rayer - L'éloignement du parking par rapport à la maison (surtout pour monter les bagages !) - L'exiguïté de l'appartement (pour 3) - Le ventilateur ne fonctionne pas et on a très chaud dans la chambre (le lit double est sous le 3e lit, et la chambre est sous le toit). - L'exiguïté du balcon : possible de prendre l'apéritif mais impossible de manger car table quasi inexistante (planche bricolée). - Attention, en août, beaucoup de voitures garées pour la pizzeria (à partir de 19:00) donc on a dû se garer plus bas - Il manque un four à micro-ondes.

Petit havre de tranquillité

Petit hameau loin de l'agitation de la ville avec une belle vue sur le lac. Petit resto juste en dessous. Il faut prévoir pour le petit dej car la boulangerie n'est pas à côté (10 min en voiture) et les ruelles ne sont pas évidentes très étroite et en virages. Parking au bout du hameau. On peut prendre le bateau à Dongo pour visiter le lac de Côme .

Il manque un micro onde si on veut manger traiteur à la maison.

Leuke plek voor overnachting aan het Como meer

Het uitzicht was geweldig.. En dat er op 200 meter een restaurant was ook heel erg fijn En wanneer je van wandelen houd, kan je alle kanten op. En dan de bezoeken aan mooie steden.

Het klimmen en trappetje 🤔 Maar dat zegt meer iets over mij.

Tem tudo o necessário, chuveiro quente, local calmo , silencioso, vista das montanhas , excelente restaurante próximo. Chave da casa no cofre .

Escolhemos uma casa pois estamos com malas e tenho 62 anos com problema para caminhar , infelizmente o carro não entra na rua da casa , e tem escadas.

Bellissima casetta nel centro storico antico di Consiglio di Rumo. Accogliente, calda e dorata di tutti gli accessori di cucina. Gentilissima e disponibile la signora padrona di casa che ci ha fornito tutte le indicazioni per raggiungere l'alloggio.
