El departamento es super espacioso. Cómodo. Y la ubicación excelente.
No me gustó que tenga un solo baño. Eramos 4 y eso nos complico. Hay otro en el lavadero pero no funcionaba bien y no tenía ducha. Otra contra...3 pisos por escalera. No hay donde estacionar en toda la zona.

Just an overall lovely place that accommodated our family very well. When you visit Catania in the summer, you need a place that has excellent air conditioning and the option to shutter windows during the day to keep things cool, and Nico’s House had both. The location was excellent, and the views from balcony were lovely. Nico was responsive over WhatsApp, and was helpful securing us a taxi to the airport on our departure day. We would absolutely stay here again.
There were no issues of significance. It’s worth knowing that you need to walk up roughly 4 flights of stairs to reach the apartment. For our family, this was not an issue, and is often the case in Catania.
