The gift that keeps giving

The apartment os like home from home, allows a professional couple with children the time to be alone without the children

Whilst tidy, cutlery and furnishings are never wiped prior to the next person's stay, cutlery seems to have slight residue, but no issue entirelly as we wash upon our exit

A short stay at Victoria Mills

Modern clean lines ... ( only 1 or 2 bits of cleaning missed ) the appt is close to town centre and train station ...good to have a hairdryer in bedroom draw....great size tv ... had good nights sleep a few extras included like hand washs and washing up liquid were useful.... well appointed kitchen

There were a few small issues: some lights and clocks not working .. broken slats on one bed had to speak to staff re entry system ( they were very helpful) entry by keypad on door handle which we hadnt previously known about... would have liked a welcome pack with local info etc etc we only had 6 coat hangers 1 was broken....big issue was not enough hot water for us both to have showers/ bath's properly ....so we didnt have one the next morning.... larger bath towels would be better chest of draws in large bedroom slightly broken

It’s a beautiful place, comfortable, and conducive. However, the checking out time at 10.00am, is not too good for check

The property is ok, conducive and beautiful. The only thing I can comment about is that, mirror should be in the toilet.

Very inconfortable, the worse is the springs in mattress, killing my back

Quiet Appartement And very clean, cleaning staff welcoming

No mirror in the bathroom No bath mat, so very sleepy = dangerous Water not hot ! Worse bed ever, you could feel the springs in the mattress, had sore back !!! No thick curtains in bedroom so very light, hard to sleep ! Ask 25£ extra if 1h early

Poor , unsafe, zero comfort

It was an ok location for access to Wigan football club

Security poor. Back door open to public. Noisy. My partner barracaded to door with chairs as felt unsafe when I wasn’t there. 3 folks / had to use spoons to eat dinners. No condiments. No Netflix. Staff slow to respond. Settee uncomfortable . Bad smell on access. The outside bin storage area was locked so rubbish dumped on ground (I took ours to a tip). No doubt rat infested.
