Herrliche Lage direkt am See. Ruhe, wunderschöner Ausblick auf's Wasser und die Berge. Überdachte Terrasse, auf der man auch bei Hitze sitzen kann. Spaziergang rund um den See möglich. Sehr gutes Restaurant am gegenüber liegenden Seeufer.
Die Villa hatte einige Macken (z.B. wackeliges WC, Fußbodenunebenheiten im Flur, dürftige Ausstattung mit Geschirr). Sauberkeit eher oberflächlich. Einmal fiel kurzzeitig die Klimaanlage aus, tagsüber war das freundliche Personal vor Ort aber mit Smartphone- Übersetzunghilfe immer ansprechbar und löste Probleme umgehend.

Great location with an amazing views. Loved the terrace if the hotel. Stuff was great.
There were too many bugs im the property, especially coming out night time while heat was on. Honestly this made the stay a bit difficult and wouldn’t recommend it if you have allergies or disgust towards them.

Уединенность и необычность. Ночевка прям в озере это круто. Большой размер апартаментов. Шикарные виды с террасы. Все в хорошем состоянии.
Тяжело найти. Долго искали как открыть шлагбаум при въезде. И ни в одном отеле Грузии нет штопора 🤷‍♂️

The view is very nice, calm, and has good air. The stuff was very nice.
The hotel is not clean, and breakfast with dirty glass was a disaster for me. Also Hotel really has a problem with insects because of the lake, maybe.
