Eine Wohnung in einem alten etwas in die Jahre gekommenen und verwinkelten Palast, sehr authentisch , zentral gelegen im spanischen Quartier, mit kleiner Terasse. Der Gastgeber ist sehr hilfsbereit, er hat gute Tipps für Restaurants und hat uns auch bei der Taxibestellung für 3 Uhr morgens geholfen.
Man hat nur einen gemeinsamen schweren Schlüsselbund, der sehr viele teils grosse Schlüssel enthält. Viele Treppen. Es gibt aber einen Aufzug.

I did not stay at the property. Upon landing in Rome I received a message that the elevator had broken that morning. I had recently had hip replacement surgery and could not do stairs. The owner very graciously refunded my money though I had booked as nonrefundable. I am thankful for his kindness and decency.

Terrasse arrière agréable et calme. Bons équipements.
Trop d’escaliers pour accéder à l’appartement. 100 marches à monter si vous n’avez pas prévu une pièces de 10 centimes pour l’ ascenseur. Dans l’appartement même il y a des escaliers pour la,cuisine et la terrasse. Dans une des chambres pas de penderie , seulement des tiroirs . La cuisine / séjour de +/- 8m2 est bien équipée mais trop petite pour 4 personnes . Pour la terrasse , prévoir un parasol .
