Appartamento NUOVO con tutti i confort. cucina fornita di tutto, soggiorno ampio, bagno con doccia comoda, lavello piccolo ma utilizzabile. le due camere da letto ampie e comode. una stanza con tutto il necessario, ferro da stiro stendino e occorente per la pulizia. wifi eccellente, ci sono una infinità di prese elettriche. TV grande. climatizzazione ottima. Temperatura della casa buona a volte fredda perchè ben isolata, quindi non si sentono rumori esterni.
bagno cieco. per noi italiani, il bidet è necessario, mancava ma con la doccia a nicchia risolvibile, il reciclo d'aria del bagno non funzionava. piccolo problema di areazione della cucina, alcuni odori degli altri appartamenti ritornavano nell'appartamento, bastava accendere l'aspirazione della cappa cucina per risolvere. tutti i problemi segnalati dalla proprietà a loro dire saranno riparati.
