Emplacement idéal, proche de la City. Calme. Pas de vue mais un petit espace extérieur très agréable. J'ai adoré mes trois jours dans ce studio.

Location was great, close walk to many great restaurants and bars in Fitzroy. Close to parks, museum and a 20min walk to CBD / Queen Victoria Markets etc. Apartment was clean and super quiet. I am a light sleeper and didn't hear a peep from anyone inside or outside the building, don't think I've ever stayed somewhere so quiet. Bed was really comfortable. Had everything you needed to cook at home. This really was a great stay and I would stay here again.
We had hired a car to do some day trips and booked this place as it said on-site free parking available. However, it was permit street parking (subject to availability). It was a bit stressful the first night but the rest of the time we were able to get the free parking. Worked out well but it should say "permit street parking available" instead.

The location is brilliant with easy access to all the best spots in the local area. It’s a secure building ideal for the solo traveller. After a number of calls, problems with the space were addressed, but it was disappointing that the standard I experienced the first time I stayed, fell significantly short of expectation.
My second visit to Nicholson’s Nest was disappointing and fell well short of my previous stay. The space was not set up for a 10 night stay, cleanliness not up to standard and the key drop did not run smoothly. I had to deal with a number of contacts to negotiate a satisfactory outcome which happened eventually.
