Overall the property is good. The staff is very helpful and friendly. The owner however is a different story. Normally if you book the owner contact you with a check in time etc - this one - nothing. I phoned her - did not answer. I texted her during my stay to extend my visit - no reply. Only when I booked via the app for an extra night - she replied to my message.
The cupboard in the room I were staying in had a mould like smell. Also the entrance at the back is slippery when it is raining and the step is a bit high specially if you are on crutches.

The location of the property was good - within 10 minutes from all major shopping centers.
No Wifi or Wifi was only given to certain tenants. The front porch is a safety hazard specially when it is raining. You could use the kitchen for cooking etc but not much to cook with in the line of utensils. And the host is slow to respond to messages
