Brand New Modern Laneway House

Bien equipé, propriétaire gentil et accommodant, très calme dans un quartier résidentiel parking facile.

Manque un vrai fer a repasser et une planche, une adaptation pour trois personnes avec une troisième chaise. Des crochets à serviette dans la salle de bains

Die Lage ist sehr gut, genug Parkplätze vorm Haus. Haus hat eine Küche, großen Kühlschrank mit Gefrierschrank, Waschmaschine und Trockner (Wasser riecht aber nach Chlor bzw die Wäsche, aber dafür kann der Vermieter nichts) Keine Klimaanlage aber es wird bzw war nicht heiß (August) Abends waren 16 Grad

Das Bett war leider nicht bequem, es lagen zwei Matratzen (?) übereinander auf dem Boden. Die Couch war auch wie ein Bett? Spannleintuch war drüber. Ventilator hat gewackelt und geklappert, Nachts wäre das sehr störend

Nive place in a quiet part of town.

Nothing.

Nice that it was a separate building. It was quiet. The bed was comfortable. It was appointed with all the basic necessities. Overall the place was clean. It is in a nice residential area south of downtown which is nice if you have a vehicle.

I was expecting a bit more privacy. You have to walk into the backyard of the main property and all the windows in the suite are pointing towards the backyard, their driveway or the back alley so if you want privacy you have to have all the blinds closed. The water pressure was very poor in the shower and they did not provide wash clothes, only towels. I also found several long black hairs on my bath towel. We looked for the additional bedding for the pullout couch but didn’t find it until the next morning as it was in one of the cabinets in the kitchen…in the closet would be easier to find or label the cabinet. Parking is limited during the day if you want to go out and come back but it seemed ok at night. Comparatively to other properties it’s a good value but it still seems overpriced for what you get considering you’re paying over $100 in “taxes and fees” almost as much as the unit rental price.
