- Excellent location with a river running behind the house. The jacuzzi and pool along with the barbecue and dining area facing the water. It’s just amazing.
- Comfortable stay for 8 people in a spacious fully equipped 2 story family house.
- The house is very clean and if you miss anything, the owner will provide it immediately as he lives a couple of houses down the street.
- We would strongly recommend this place to a family that cherishes its privacy. This was the best place we stayed at in all Armenia.
- Thank you Ruben for being so helpful and kind, we would definitely stay at N57 if we visit Dilijan again.

- Extremely welcoming and friendly hosts.
- The interior design of the house is beautiful and luxurious.
- The place is very peaceful and quiet.
- The house is located right by the river, and it is wonderful to fall asleep listening to the sound of the water.
- There is a sauna and a jacuzzi.
- There is a large gazebo and a barbecue area.
- Tsiran supermarket is about a 10-minute walk away.
- The Central Park is around 7 minutes away by taxi.
- Lake Parz is around 20 minutes away by taxi.
- Haghartsin Monastery is around 20 minutes away by taxi.

Incredible place!! The sauna was amazing, the kitchen fully stocked, the beds were so comfortable!!
