We had the most incredible stay at this beautiful property and cannot recommend it enough! The location is absolutely superb—tucked away in a peaceful setting right by the river, yet incredibly easy to find and conveniently near to everything we needed. The house itself was spotlessly clean and features fantastic luxury amenities, including a pool, jacuzzi, and sauna. Our absolute favorite spot was the beautiful seating area right by the river, which was perfect for relaxing and winding down in the evenings. To top it all off, the owner is incredibly kind, welcoming, and attentive, ensuring we had everything we needed for a perfect stay. If you are looking for a flawless, relaxing vacation spot that has it all, this is it. We will definitely be back!

- Excellent location with a river running behind the house. The jacuzzi and pool along with the barbecue and dining area facing the water. It’s just amazing. - Comfortable stay for 8 people in a spacious fully equipped 2 story family house. - The house is very clean and if you miss anything, the owner will provide it immediately as he lives a couple of houses down the street. - We would strongly recommend this place to a family that cherishes its privacy. This was the best place we stayed at in all Armenia. - Thank you Ruben for being so helpful and kind, we would definitely stay at N57 if we visit Dilijan again.
