It is cozy and clean

Seemed like a safe area. Nice/clean hotel. Pretty/quaint/quiet pool space.
Not really near anything nearby. Hot tub/sauna not working. Some of the workout equipment broken. Pool not heated/ice cold.

The breakfast was very poor, more variety is required.
Location is good, however, some UBER drivers found it difficult to get into the Palm compound which caused some inconvenience. Proper signage for the location of Villa 604 should be placed in the compound for easy guidance for taxi drivers.
The wifi was disconnecting continuously and we had to reconnect every few minutes.
The breakfast was very poor, should add more variety.
The property should provide free water replenishment in the rooms on daily basis.
