The hotel was amazing in every way. The rooms were extremely clean, and the facilities were okay too

Overall, the stay was okay, but there were a few things that could be improved: First, there wasn’t a mirror in the room where I could comb my hair or get ready before going out each day. Second, the air conditioning worked, but it wasn’t very effective even when set to the lowest temperature (20°C). Third, the water from the faucet didn’t appear very clear, especially when held in your hands. Fourth, there was no bidet sprayer next to the toilet, which is an important amenity for many Muslim guests. Finally, I was surprised that the room didn’t provide basic essentials such as soap, tissues, bottled water, or tea/coffee. These are amenities I generally expect to find in any accommodation. One additional issue was the noise from the main entrance door opening and closing, as our room was located nearby, which could be disruptive
