Spacious, lots of facilities. Everything you need. Good communication about everything too
I couldn’t find the heating thermostat to control the heating. There were little heaters we used were great. But then in the night the heating came on and we couldn’t switch off. We just opened the windows which was okay

Comfortable, nice communal space
Flooring needs attention danger of splinters walking in bare feet. This was not the location I originally chose where I was told property had been double booked. Whitechapel is not as cosmopolitan as Shoreditch which detracted from the experience

The location was great. The apartment layout was good. It had everything we needed.
It wasn’t very clean. It was very grubby. The pull cord in the bathroom was disgusting. The door handles and light switch’s were all grubby. And the shower had multiple hairs in it. The cleaner was still there upon check in. We had to wait awhile few minutes. So I think she may not have finished. There were also a number of broken things, such as the kitchen faucet.
