It should have been easy, the usual lock box. BUT, for ladies with false nails, these boxes are a nightmare to open.
The entryway and stairway were not particularly inviting, it makes you doubt the flat before you get in. But I am please to say, the apartment was nice than the way into it.

Location, apartment layout
It was just a bit run down. And not big fixes but small things that just were clear that no one really pays attention to it. Peeling paint, a barely working shower, cabinet edging unglued. Small fixes would have made a big difference to this apartment.
