The whole stay was very comfortable. Th staff were really courteous from check in till check out. They were very helpful and the rooms were comfortable and neat. Loved the stay. Location is good a well. The food was amazing.
The only miss I felt at the property was that there were delay in restaurant service which can be improved. Otherwise it was really gud

The breakfast was good. The waiting staff were particularly friendly and helpful. Delhi is a bustling, chaotic city so it is good to be able to come back to a cool, comfortable base after a busy day of sight seeing.
There seems to be an excessive expectation of tipping staff. This is an indication that staff are not being remunerated adequately for the work they do. I do not believe that tipping should be automatic if a person is simply doing their job. Tipping should be for service that is above and beyond expectation. This expectation creates some awkward moments that could be avoided if staff were remunerated properly to start with.
