This 3 bedroom, 1,515 sq ft home is situated in only 10 minutes South of Sunriver. A beautiful new build with Mid-Century Modern touches, you'll feel right at home the second you walk inside.

Main Area:
The Dining, Living, and Kitchen are all in the main area with an open concept. To your right as you walk in is the dining area. A lovely wood table with bench and chairs, it seats 6 or 7 for a family dinner. Lit by a large front window and overhead lights, you'll have no issue seeing how delicious dinner is.

Living: The Living space includes a Hide a Bed couch and two chairs for conversation or enjoying the 65" TCL Roku Smart TV. Log in to your streaming account and and enjoy your favorite show or movie.

Kitchen: The Kitchen is semi-galley style with a large Island on one side. The countertops are Quartz with a veined-granite look. All new stainless steel appliances. The island seats four and houses the sink and dishwasher.

Primary Bedroom: The Primary Bedrooms has a King Bed plus a walk-in closet and a Full En Suite with Double vanity and Deep Shower/Tub combo.

Hallway: The Hall off the main room includes access to two more bedrooms plus a Full Bath

This home allows up to 2 pets for a fee of $20 per night per pet.
