The home was recently renovated and is fully equipped with everything needed to enjoy a perfect Vero vacation. The house has two bedrooms with queen-sized beds and a Jack and Jill style bathroom. The kitchen, living, and dining areas combine for a bright, open floor plan. The stunning kitchen has quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances including an induction stovetop, and bar seating. The covered patio is furnished to enjoy the South Florida weather. This house has everything from bamboo sheets, bath and beach towels, and new furnishings to a fully stocked kitchen, games, and bicycles.
The home is located in the Rock Ridge neighborhood of Vero Beach. Rock Ridge is a centrally located residential neighborhood that has become a hotspot for vacation rentals. Many homes are of similar size and have spacious yards and tropical landscaping. The location puts visitors in the middle of everything Vero Beach offers from dining, shopping, river and beach access, breweries, theaters, and various outdoor activities.

The property was lovely, clean and as advertised. It was not as easy as I expected to walk or bike to places because of the way the roads are with multi-lane traffic in either direction. The keypad stopped operating on our first day and we were provided a key to use instead.

The property was beautiful. We couldn’t have asked for a nicer place to stay while visiting my family. It was wonderfully maintained and had every amenity you would need. I highly recommend this adorable cottage to anyone looking for a tranquil place to enjoy their vacation. The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars across the board, was due to a miscommunication issue at check in. I look forward to revisiting this charming abode in the future.
