You'll find everything you need to relax after some fun in the sun. This beautiful family neighborhood is a prefect retreat you can enjoy with family and friends. If you want to venture out we are located exactly in the middle between Laughlin and Lake Havasu on the Colorado River. If you have never stayed in Rio Buena Vista you're missing out! Boating, golfing, gambling, relaxing? Yes, its all here!!

Comfortable 3 bedroom home fully stocked with everything you would need. Great to be able to use the garage with an extra refrigerator. Pretty view on the golf course. Carmen and Edwin are great!!
