With a launch ramp next door at needles Marina or minutes from Jack Smith, and a beach just steps away, all your river desires come true! You'll find everything you need to relax after some fun in the sun. This beautiful family neighborhood is a prefect retreat you can enjoy with family and friends. If you want to venture out we are located exactly in the middle between Laughlin and Lake Havasu on the Colorado River. If you have never stayed in Rio Buena Vista you're missing out! Boating, golfing, gambling, relaxing? Yes, its all here!!

We had an amazing stay! Carmen had great communication and clear instructions on every single detail you could think of. The check in process was a breeze and the check out instructions were simple. The house itself was exactly as described and in the perfect location for our stay. The neighborhood is quiet, the beds are comfortable, and the house is set up with everything you need. Having plenty of beach towels, chairs, and toys was the icing on the cake! We had a wonderful trip and will definitely book again in the future!
