About this house rental
Prefect weekend getaway for the boater or off-road lover! The house is nestled between the Colorado River and the mountains in the Mohave Valley. Displaying both sunrise and sunset views this location is miles from the Colorado River beaches or for the off road enthusiast, a great base camp for the Mohave Trail, Arizona Peace Trail and many more.
This property is unique with its 1 acre fenced and secured lot with a pull through drive way. It provides extra parking for boats, off-road vehicles and trailers. Easy boat access to the river via Jack Smith launch and off road trails can be found right out the driveway directly behind the neighborhood. Casinos, Golf Courses and grocery stores are within 5 miles of the home creating a great resupply location or home base while still feeling like you are in the middle of nowhere. The ghost town of Oatman is less than 15 miles from the front porch and you will encounter wild flowers(seasonal) and donkeys along the way. For those who would rather stay at home base there are games, cornhole, a bbq, fire pit and comfortable chairs and hammocks for siting and soaking up the desert.
The 2 bedroom 2 bath house has a large master bedroom and the 2nd bedroom has a full sized bed with a trundle to comfortably sleep 3. The bonus room/Den has a full size sleeper sofa and a single fold out bed. A queen size air mattress is available to place in the living room for additional sleeping arrangements.

Great location. You are not stacked on your neighbors since the place sits on a 1 acre lot so you can relax in peace. All the neighbors are friendly and good people. There is a ton of area to park trailers, boats, off-road vehicles, cars, etc. The place is located in Mohave Valley which is literally a mile or so from Mohave City, which blends into Bullhead City We also did day trips to Kingman, Lake Havasu, Oatman, Lake Mohave. You can jet ski/boat, off-road, golf, gamble, hit the bars/casinos, there is plenty to do. The entire area has a throwback feel which is refreshing.

We had a wonderful stay here!! Clean, comfortable, safe, quiet, and cozy! A perfect jumping off point for exploring the surrounding area. Beautiful sunsets while relaxing on the front porch were our favorite. Can’t wait to get stay again!
